10 minute drive from Pareja - a cute town - where you can find Raquel's grill in the plaza for a nice charcoal cooked meal and Maria Carmen's small but surprising well stocked supermarket! The house is right on the water (direct access) which allows all sorts of water sports including fishing and kayaking. (2 kayaks provided on the property). There are a number of trails you can enjoy walking on also.
