Arctic Circle Luxury House is located right next to Santa Claus Village, close to beautiful nature, experience services and winter sports opportunities. Although you can go outside and go skiing directly from the door, the courtyard and the street are calm and safe for children to play as well. A larger family can also enjoy the house. There you can have atmospheric dinners, sleep in peace, enjoy the beautiful landscape directly from the windows and terrace, take a sauna, bathe in the jacuzzi, work out on the treadmill and enjoy Lapland's beautiful winter. The beds in the bedrooms are of high quality and the double bed in the master bedroom is motorized. From the windows you can see directly into the wonderful, magical snowy winter forest, and in good weather you can watch the northern lights directly from the yard. Various program services can be organized through us, such as: husky, reindeer, Northern Lights and snowmobile safaris or, for example, an atmospheric winter-spa visit to an open-air ice-swimming place with saunas, jacuzzi and hut dinners. We also arrange airport transfers on demand.

My family and I host different groups of tourists at our destination in the heart Arctic Circle. Our destination can accommodate a group of up to 7 people, but the house is also excellent for smaller groups. We always meet our guests when they arrive and do a personal house presentation, but otherwise we give our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation and stay in the Villa accommodation. However, we are always reachable already and when our guests have issues or questions. If necessary, we can visit and meet our guests on site. Cleaning (before and after the visit) is included in the price. Intermittent cleanings that are desired during the stay must be agreed with us. We charge a separate fee for additional cleaning. We also deliver a baby cot if necessary. We also ask for information about this in advance, so we know to prepare it. A cot is also available for a fee. We warmly welcome all large and small groups!

The neighbors are wonderful and reliable Finnish families, the street is quiet with only some children or some dog walkers going by. The courtyard and the street are also safe for children to play. There is a parking space for 2 cars in the yard of the house. Santa's Village can be reached on foot (less than 1 km walk) and the center either by bus, taxi or e.g. a rented car. The airport is located less than 4 km from the house.
