Ruby studio is a brand new apartment near Kivistö Vantaa train station. Location is superb, by train 6mins to Airport,~23mins to city center. Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops are all next door. The apartment, however, has a peaceful sight towards courtyard, away from all noises. This cozy studio suits family and friends travelling together as well as people on business trip. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. SPACES There are 2 seperate 90cm beds, which guests could also make into a kingbed using a comfortable 180cm matress on top. There is also a sofa, which can be extended into a queen-sized 160cm bed for 4th guest. Kitchen and living room share the open space as seen in many modern apartments nowadays. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge and freezer, oven-microwave combination (usage instructions found in the apartment). There are electric waterboiler, filter coffee machine and a toaster. Kitchen utensils are also provided. Guests can use the WHOLE apartment. In addition, common drying room on 1st floor of the building is also at guest's usage (reservation required). Garbage recycling is at the backyard, right next to children's palyground. Garbage tubes can be opened using the keytag found in apartment. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO Self check-in is not possible after 21.00. If you wish to check-in before 16.00 or after 21.00, kindly contact us before making reservation. Check-in after 21.00 possible extra charge: 15eur paid to cleaning personnel who comes to open door. Possible waive of fee if check-in time agreed >24 hours in advance (case by case). There are a few guest parking places in the back yard (free and for 4h). More parking places can be found along the roads ( 07-19 with max. 4h, other time free of charge). There is also a big parking at crossroad of Ruusukvartsinkatu and Timanttikuja, only 200m from the apartment for 5eur/24h. Doorbell with kamera allows you to contact us for door opening remotely.

Bus stops along the road and train station 400m away. There are different possibilities to park in the area. Free parking at guests parking (2 places for 4 hours, along the road (partly free of charge or longer time parking space 200m away). Supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops are all next door. About 600m away is KIVI shopping center
