Asunto on kodikas ja valoisa yksiö noin kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Uudessa sängyssä yöpyy mukavasti kaksi henkilöä ja vuodesohvalla tarvittaessa kolmas tai mahdollisesti kaksi lasta. Kompaktissa hyvin varustellussa keittokomerossa voit valmistaa ateriasi tai nauttia aamukahvit. Innokkaalle talviuimarille on uimapaikka vain 400 metrin päässä ja rannasta lähtee myös ihania ulkoilureittejä. Autolle löytyy talon pihasta ilmainen parkkipaikka. Talon edessä on bussipysäkki.
