VillaNorva is located in a peaceful and beautiful place by a lake. It's only twenty meters from the cottage to the lake. Upstairs is one long bedroom which goes the whole length of the cottage. There are four beds: one double and three singles. There is a beautiful view from the window over the lake. The sauna and bathroom has a separate entrance (right next to the main door).
VillaNorva is located out from the city centre. It’s an excellent place to spot Nothern Lights as VillaNorva is away from the glow of the city's lights.
In the winter months the lake is frozen and you can safely walk on ice. You can also take snowshoes (included in the rental price) and walk in the close forest or somewhere else. You are free to ask hints from us and if we are free we could take you to a little snowshoeing/hiking tour if you like.
There are also ice-fishing tackles and two sledges available free of charge.
We will try our best to make your stay special. Do not hesitate to ask for help. We are local and have lived in the city for over 20 years. We know the city and the nature. We are happy to help you!
A nice, peaceful and family-friendly neighbourhood (only five other houses nearby). VillaNorva is located 15-20 mins from the airport, Santa Claus Village and the city centre of Rovaniemi. Beautiful nature is close to this place. If you happen to love hiking and walking in the nature just ask for hints.
