Our cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of slopes, ski trails, and bike paths! It is a fully renovated semi-detached house, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Important: The price does not include final cleaning, bed linens, or towels. These services must be booked by contacting the host. Otherwise, guests should bring their own linens and clean the cottage before departure according to a separate cleaning checklist. Our family has spent many years enjoying vacations and even remote work periods in Ruka. We enjoy a wide range of summer and winter activities, including around the Ruka area, and are happy to help if you have any questions about, for example, nice places to visit nearby. The cottage has a central location, so you can manage perfectly well without a car! A lit ski trail runs right next to the cottage. From there, you can quickly access the Ruka circular trail, the Vuosseli loop track, and the multi-use trail, which has several ski cafés along the way. The Masto ski slopes and sledding slope are within a short walking/skiing distance (450 m), and if needed, the ski bus stop is just 150 m away. From the park strip next to the cottage, you can also join the snowmobile trails. Just around the corner is the new Ruka Hard Trek Cafe, where you can also rent eFatbikes or snowmobiles. East Ruka’s services—including restaurants, a grocery store, and the gondola lift—are a 15-minute walk away.
