This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is 1 or 2 apartments in a small building, with panoramic views over the valley and the surrounding area. The apartment has been recently redecorated and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Having always worked in the hospitality sector, we know exactly what people are looking for when renting an apartment, whether for business or leisure. We are therefore excited to purchase and let out our first property in such a beautiful town and are always on hand if needed.
Ayen is a historical town dating back to the Knights Templars, with panoramic breathtaking views and famous for its evening farmers markets where one can buy local produce and cook onsite whist being entertained by local bands. Ayen has a supermarket, petrol station, doctor, nurses, chemist, postoffice, tourist office and public swimming pool. Saint Robert - 3.8 km - Voted one of the most beautiful villages in France Hautefort - 20km - Historical village dominated by its impressive medieval castle. Brive la Gaillard - 23 km - charming town with a historical center, full of shops, boutiques and gastronomique restaurants Objat - 9 km - Town with all amenities and one of the largest markets in the region. Also features a new publique swimming pool and leisure lake.
