The newly renovated, warm, and fully equipped apartment features : a functional open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, toilet a cozy bedroom with a 200 cm double bed, as well as a sleeping alcove with bunk beds of 180cm—ideal for children or friends. a double sofa bed in the living room The added bonus of this chalet-style apartment: its real fireplace with an insert Residence highlights : 24-hour reception, covered parking (not included), ski locker, jacuzzi/hammam/sauna, heated outdoor pool, gym, and more. During the period when the resort is closed during the off-season, access to the wellness area is closed. In winter, the service includes: - sheets - towels for all guests - bathrobes and slippers for adults - end-of-stay cleaning - a welcome kit (kitchen and bathroom) In summer, these services are not included but can be requested at an additional cost. A washing machine and dryer are available on the apartment's upper floor. The rental cost includes the amount of tourist tax.

The village of Arc 1950 is a high altitude ski resort built at the start of the 2000s in a traditional savoyard style. It is a characterful village in high altitude! It is pedestrian and all the residences are truely ski-in ski-out. It is located on the Paradiski domain - 425km of pistes - which links Les Arcs to La Plagne. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails leave directly from the village. Arc 1950 is very easy to reach by road or train. The train arrives in Bourg Saint Maurice, then there is a funicular from Bourg Saint Maurice to Arc 1600 followed by a free shuttle from Arc 1600 to Arc 1950.
