## The space Cannes, city center, Rue Commandant Vidal. Studio in a secure building, located on the 1st floor. All shops nearby, 400 m from the Croisette and 80 m from Rue d'Antibes. The apartment consists of: Living area with a 140 cm double bed and sofa bed, with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living area opens onto a beautiful balcony with a table for up to 4 people. Bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Air-conditioned living area, Wi-Fi. 1st floor, with elevator. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction We are an agency located in Cannes and Antibes. For the key handover, please contact us at least 1 day before your arrival through the platform you booked on to arrange the key handover. We remain available by text or phone if needed and can come on-site to quickly resolve any issues.
