It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m². The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet - A laundry room On the first floor: - A master bedroom with double bed (140×190), dressing room, adjoining shower room with Italian shower, toilet and balcony. Outside : - A (private, unheated) 8x4m fully fenced swimming pool open from June to end of September. The opening dates are non-contractual. - A beautiful garden of 4 000 m². - An outside terrace of 50 m² and a covered terrace of about 15 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days - A veranda of 11 m². Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual. - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
