Welcome to this lovely, newly renovated studio in the heart of Béziers! This cozy little nest in a quiet location gives you access to Wifi, Netflix and reversible air conditioning. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob and everything you need for cooking, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave grill and washer-dryer. The sleeping area features a king-size double bed with latex mattress and wardrobe with storage space. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, WC and vanity unit with hairdryer. The lounge area awaits you with its lovely sofa and Smart TV with Netflix, adjustable to be watched from the bed. This "Alma 1" studio is located on the 1st floor without elevator, in a small 3-story building. Une empreinte bancaire sera demandée la veille de votre arrivée. Cette caution sera conservée en cas de dégradation du logement, de saleté, d’odeur de cigarette, ou de non-respect des horaires de départ.
