Hello Native of the village, I am at your entire disposal to suggest the activities to do, the hikes and the ski outings to do according to your level and your desires. Having experience in the hotel and catering industry I am also at your disposal to prepare, if you wish, meals typical of the region on site, so that you do not have to travel after a day in Mountain. I am available all throughout your stays for any request or information.

It is large, warm, atypical apartment with decoration in old wood without any vis-à-vis, there is a large terrace with an incredible view, a garden overlooking the village of Les Houches with panoramic views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc range, exceptional view, a real change of scenery! 4 bedrooms with double bed . The living room is bright and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large American fridge, Italian coffee maker and various appliances for cooking regional dishes (fondue - raclette). The apartment near the ski resort with the possibility for good skiers to leave or arrive ski-in ski-out on the terrace, back from the top of the ski area (off piste). In summer, you can leave the chalet for most of the hikes in the valley. The chalet also has a pétanque court for amateurs. It is imperative to have snow chains to access the chalet in winter and for your safety on the valley roads.

The neighborhood is very quiet, few neighbors, no vis-à-vis! The view just for you. The village is located 200m as the crow flies, 5 minutes walk from all the necessary shops (small supermarket, bakery, newsagent, ski and bike rental, souvenir shop, tourist office, post office, bar and restaurants). The Bellevue cable car is nearby (1km) and the Prarion cable car 3km to access the Les Houches ski area. A beginner track is in the center of the village with an ice rink and various activities. The buses in the Chamonix valley are free to go to the city center or to go skiing in the Brévent, Flégère, Grands Montets, Tour and Vallorcine areas. There is also access via buses to L'Aiguille du Midi. it is imperative to have snow chains to access the chalet in winter and for your safety on the valley roads.
