A cosy apartment in the heart of the old town of Annecy within a small courtyard, with cafes and boutiques on your doorstep.
Arrived in the region almost 7 years ago... we fell in love with it and will be delighted to allow you to discover it in your turn. Along with my wife Gillian we will welcome you to our studio 2 steps from the lake.
You can find many boutiques and restaurants on the Pâquier pedestrian street. In front of the Esplanade du Pâquier, offering a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains, the Bonlieu cultural center (shows, library, travel agency, bus stops). Bonlieu cultural center is 25 m away (opposite the building) The Esplanade du Paquier and the lake are 50 m away (pédalo and promenade) Castle is 550 m away (a 6-minute walk) Geneva airport is 40 minutes away SNCF railroad station: 600 m (a 7-minute walk/5-minutes by taxi) Bonlieu parking (opposite the building) Semnoz: 17 km away (ski resorts, promenades) La Clusaz: 30 km away (ski resorts, hiking) The Grand Bornand: 30 km away (ski resorts, hiking)
