Ideal situation in the heart of the Historic City, steps from beaches. The apartment is situated in a mansion of 1725 classified as ""Historic Monument"", one of the rare surviving buildings of the bombardments which destroyed 80 % of the city in 1944. Prestigious decoration : sculptured woodwork and ""parquet Versailles"" of the 18th century, and italian design furniture and comfort of the 21th.
