Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of Paris, the Eiffel Tower, and Montmartre, and be captivated by unforgettable sunsets. The apartment stands out with its 45 m² terrace with no overlooking neighbors, a true relaxation space featuring a jacuzzi heated year-round, a hammock, and a garden lounge. It’s the perfect place to share memorable moments with family or friends. ⚠️ Any issue must be reported on the day of arrival, with photos as proof, in order to be considered. ⚠️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, even with a window open. ⚠️ Parties are not allowed, and noise must be limited after 10 PM. Any disturbance may result in additional charges. ⚠️ Do not move furniture or appliances. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. ⚠️ Any guest beyond the number originally booked is not allowed and will be charged. ⚠️ Please bring the plancha inside after use — do not leave it outdoors.
