-> Apartment "Le Lotus" located in Cholet. -> Accommodates up to 6 guests. It consists of: *** Inside *** -> A dining area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is at your disposal. A welcome kit is offered including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A living room with a sofa, a coffee table, and a TV! Wifi available. -> The sofa converts into a 140x200 cm bed. Bed linen is stored inside and towels are in the bathroom. -> A first bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed and a chest of drawers, and a second bedroom equipped in the same way. -> A bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity mirror, and hairdryer. A bathroom kit is offered, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. *** Outside *** -> Outdoor areas are shared with all residents, please be respectful of others. -> A terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. -> The courtyard is being developed for the creation of a private parking area. *** ALL bed linen as well as bath and hand towels are included in the price – no extra charge! *** -> Free street parking is available in front of the residence. *** A key box is available allowing you to arrive independently. *** -> Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. -> Pets are not allowed. -> A security deposit will be requested a few days before your arrival, depending on the booking platform. This mandatory step ensures the smooth running of your stay. -> Two other accommodations are also available in the residence if you are more people: the "Le Colibri" apartment (5 people) and the "La Girafe" apartment (4 people). -> Accommodation located about 25 minutes from Puy du Fou, close to all shops, restaurants, and public transport.
