Welcome to our charming sea view apartment in the center of La Bernerie en Retz. Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price. However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire (subject to availability). This 50m² apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, it is functional and fully equipped for a stay with family or friends or simply for a leisure or professional trip. It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence without elevator. Our apartment is composed : - An open living room with its lounge area: sofa, armchair, television; the dining area with a table and chairs. Board games are available to entertain you. The balcony of the living room will allow you to admire an incredible view on the sea The fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer) - A functional bathroom with a large shower, washbasin, cupboard and toilet The night space consists of two separate bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) where you can enjoy a balcony and the second with a bunk bed (you will find a large storage closet) A parking space is reserved for you.
