The apartments on the Chalets de la Chamoissière residence offer a unique place to stay, furnished by their private owners and with an outdoor heated pool, sauna, hammam, boules court, and just 150 metres from the village ski/summer lifts. It's just a five minute walk to the village centre where there are two supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, gift and sports shops, restaurants, bars, tourist office, ... everything is on offer and most of the year round.

I have lived in Serre Chevalier since 2001 when myself and my husband moved here and created a ski school. We have two young children (who speak better French than we do) and we live in nearby Briançon (one of the highest towns in Europe). I've managed more than a handful of apartments at Chalets de la Chamoissière since 2007 when the residence was built. They tick all the boxes and are a joy to manage - guests return year after year!

Every sport you can imagine can be practised from the doorstep ( rafting, climbing, randonnée, alpine skiing, snowboarding, dog sledding, snow shoeing, sledding, playing in the snow and building snowmen, horse riding, trekking, parapente, swimming in nearby lakes, sailing just an hour away, ... ) We never get bored whether it's winter or summer.
