Three-room apartment, including two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the 1st floor so street noise is possible. The apartment has two air conditioning devices and Wi-Fi. Free private closed garage available, size width 210 cm, length 480 cm (5-7 minutes walk). There is a little elevator (accomodates max. 2 person or 1 person with baggage). Kitchen has everything for a comfortable stay: an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a fridge. Living room includes a dinning table, a sofa and a TV. Bedroom #1: a Queen Size bed and a wardrobe. Double pane windows overlook the street (street noise is possible), blackout curtains. Bedroom #2: double bed, a wardrobe and a table. Double pane windows overlook a quiet courtyard, blackout curtains. Combined bathroom has a washing machine and a bath. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment may not be suitable for sensitively sleeping guests due to possible noise (the apartment is located in an old house). The apartment is equipped with a "smart home" system. Heating and air conditioning will automatically turn off if there is no one in the room for a long time, as well as when opening windows.
