## The space The 43m2 flat is located on the 1st floor, not overlooked. Living area: open-plan kitchen (hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher), dining table, sitting area with sofa and TV, WIFI. Flexible bedroom with double bed 160 (or 2 beds 80x190 on request) and a wardrobe bed 90x200 for 1 person. Large wardrobes. Bathroom with bath; Separate WC. Note: The swimming pool will be closed from 6 November to 15 December 2023 and from 2 January to 10 February 2024. ## Guest access Entire unit. ## Guest interaction Marina and her team at Marie-Louise Conciergerie will be on hand to ensure your arrival, the smooth running of your stay and your departure. ## Other things to note The swimming pool will be closed from 6 November to 15 December 2023 and from 2 January to 10 February 2024. Pets are not allowed in the flat. We advise you to opt for a rental avoiding arrival/departure on Saturdays or Sundays during the months of July and August, in order to avoid the recurrent major traffic problems at weekends linked to the arrival/departure movements of holidaymakers on the island and thus guarantee you an optimum welcome. Thank you for consulting us. The concierge will be on hand to welcome you between 4pm and 7pm.

Neighbourhood information

## The neighborhood The Palais des Gouverneurs residence, which houses our flat, is located in the heart of the pretty town of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, in a well-kept private park. You'll be close to the port, the beach and the shops, and everything can be done on foot or by bike. You'll benefit from the residence's services, in compliance with the house rules: heated semi-open swimming pool (closed in December and January), sauna and steam room, fitness room, laundry dryer (fee payable) with ironing board and iron, games room (including one for children), table football, table tennis, communal terrace, bike hire. Free parking is available on the property subject to availability. The nearest free car park is outside St Martin, a 10-minute walk from the residence (pkg from the cemetery). ## Getting around Once you've parked your car, the ideal way to get around is by bike. Numerous rental agencies are nearby. You can also hire a bike at the Résidence.
