Large 72m² apartment on the 7th floor in the Super Vallières Residence in Saint Georges de Didonne with double exposure to the sea facing the Cordouan lighthouse listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, private swimming pool, parking space, bicycle storage, elevator going up to 'on the 6th floor (to get to the 7th you have to climb a few steps).
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a good rest. During heatwaves, the sound of the sea and the wind rocks the nights if you sleep with the windows open
