The house offers two double bedrooms, a cosy lounge, a large kitchen, and a private garden with stunning views over open countryside — home to the famous white Charolais cows. A highlight is the beautiful 50m² art/yoga studio available for guest use, ideal for creative retreat or gentle movement. Guests are welcome to visit the artist's private studio (separate entrance via the garage), and bespoke painting or drawing workshops for adults (16+) can be arranged on request. Perfect for walking, fishing, and exploring the historic town of Cluny (30 mins), or the vineyards of Mâcon. A true haven of rest and inspiration.

Beaubery is a peaceful and welcoming village nestled in the rolling hills of South Burgundy. Surrounded by pastures dotted with iconic white Charolais cows, the area offers a tranquil escape into nature with beautiful walking routes and abundant birdlife. The village has a friendly local bar and shop for essentials, and you're only a short drive from larger towns like Charolles and Cluny — famous for its Benedictine abbey, charming markets, and historical beauty. Many of the nearby lakes were dug out by monks in the Middle Ages, so that communities could eat fish on Fridays. Today, they offer serene spots for fishing, swimming, and picnicking. Wine lovers will enjoy exploring the nearby vineyards of the Mâconnais region, and food lovers will find plenty of local delicacies to sample — from creamy cheeses to rustic pâtés and Burgundy wines.
