The Auberge des Chevaliers is situated in the quiet rural village of Canlers.
It consists of 3 spacious gites converted from farm stables set opposite the original farm house through a gated entrance into the courtyard
Our names are Joe and Nicole we have enjoyed coming to the 7 Valleys for the last 30 years, and fell in love with its natural beauty and diverse environment, we are a short drive to the forest at Hesdin and then on to the stupendous beaches of the Opal Coast.
We decided to buy this property and give it the face lift that it deserves to enhance the vacational experience for our guests.
I am a qualified registered nurse, recently retired, with years of experience and making things better is my vocation. I also enjoy going to local markets, buying fresh local produce and cooking seasonal dishes.
Joe is a qualified carpenter and joiner with over 30 years of experience, with care and attention to detail he will enhance the Gites, and the farm house we live in, to the standard they deserve. This is not a short project, but a labour of ongoing affection.
Only 55mins from the port of Calais or the airport at Le Touquet, the Auberge, set in the 7 valleys region of the Pas de Calais, is ideally placed to enjoy all that the charming rural villages of northern France and wonderful beaches of the Opal coast has to offer.
With ample historic sites from the 1400’s to the 20th century and numerous local attractions to visit plus activities such as walking, cycling, golf, fishing etc……… Plus an amusement park for younger children.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a BBQ and relax in our grounds where children of all ages can play safely and let the world go by.
