日本「ピレネー山中の小さな村にあるこじんまりとしたオーベルジュ。凝った内装で、隅々までオーナーの配慮が行き届いている。
夕食は宿泊者全員が大きな長テーブルで一緒に食べる。オーナーが全員を一つのファミリーのようにもてなしてくれる。（ちょっとフランス語の語学力が必要だが。。）食事はシンプルはPulet Rotiだったが、これがとても美味しかった。
今回は一泊だけだったが、いつの日かまたここでゆっくり過ごしたい。」
