Property information

Come to visit Bordeaux on foot from this beautiful 90m2 apartment, with it's two separate bedrooms equiped with 160cm large beds, Italian shower and tube. The apartment was recently renovated by an architect, it is located in a small quiet street right in the heart of the historical centerand on the ground floor in a old and beautiful building, with a private garage and private backyard. The apartment is very well furnished and fully equiped: LCD TV, Espresso machine, washing-machine, dryer, hairdryer, toaster… We also provide a parking card for SALINIERES public carpark located 100 meters away PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENT IS IN A ONE WAY STREET WITH CONTROLED ACCESS SO PLEASE FOLLOW OUR INDICATIONS

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is right in the center of the city: between the historical center with it's many touristic sites, shops, cafés, restaurants, and the Saint Michel /Capucins area, the more cosmopolitan part of the city: Capucins open market, that I highly recommend for its great local products it's restaurants, tapas, or to enjoy a plate of oysters with white wine, just like on the coast, friendly atmosphere guaranteed ! This is what makes the charm of this district, it is alive and vibrant : Enjoy your stay and feel like at home !It is ideally located, and you will be able to discover the city on foot.
