Everyone can enjoy this spacious, unique, charming and modernized provencal Villa with a garden and an infinity pool with a panoramic sea view over the entire Cannes Bay area, the mountains and the Esterel. It is only a short 8 min drive to the sea with white sandy beaches & only 15 min drive to Cannes Town Center where the Film Festival takes place. By car, it only takes approx. 5 min by car to reach the supermarkets and shops in Mandelieu center. If you would like to go to walk to Mandelieu center it is a 15 min walk. For dining or shopping in Cannes, the villa is only a 15 min drive to reach the city center of Cannes. Driving to or from Nice airport, is a 23 -30 min drive on the A8 Highway. One of the 4 bedrooms in the villa also has a fully equipped kitchen ( smaller than the main kitchen upstairs) next to it. The fourth bedroom has its own entrance door and this door can be locked. This bedroom is perfect for a couple who would like more privacy in the villa, for young adults who would like "their own space" within the villa or a baby sitter or nanny. In the villa there is a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and iron and ironing board if it is needed. The Villa has private parking on the property and room for 4 -5 cars. The villa is located in the hills of Mandelieu, in a beautiful provencal environment. To ensure that our villa is a good match for you and your guests, we would like to let you know about the stairs on the property: If your children are small or you travel with elderly or people with disabilities, this villa may not be the best for you. This Castle has been classified as an historical landmark since 1993, and the gardens are listed by the French Ministry of Culture as among the Notable gardens of France. Subsequently, for many years Théoule was a little fishing port belonging to the municipality of Mandelieu, and only started to really flourish at the end of the 19th century, before becoming a municipality in its own right in 1929.
