A relaxation bubble close to Futuroscope and the Arena! (10 minutes) Studio renovated with heart! The accommodation is composed of a main room with a small living room and an equipped kitchen (small fridge/freezer), Nespresso (with pods available), tea bags, toaster, microwave/grill, kettle, induction hob, some utensils (salad bowl, whisk, cake mold...) to make good small dishes/desserts. You also have a self-service tea towel, dishwashing liquid and a sponge as well as a washing machine (washing pods available). In the living room, you have a connected TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc using your credentials). The sofa bed allows you to increase the bed for a third or fourth person possibly (children or adults: width 120cm). The studio is equipped with a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, pillows and sheets for your comfort. It is also composed of a private bathroom with shower and a vanity unit. Bathrobes, bath towels, carpets, shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer will be at your disposal. A private toilet is also present in the studio. Free Wi-Fi. For any additional information, do not hesitate to send me a message. I will be delighted to be able to answer your questions. Free access via key box I also propose options (with an additional cost according to your requests): - Charcuterie boards - Cheese boards - Studio decoration (Valentine's Day, birthday...) - Donuts delivery - Ask me?

The accommodation is located in the first and oldest rue de Poitiers, in the city center. A small cocoon hidden in the street allowing you to have all the advantages of the city center without the inconveniences (external noise). I let you discover this beautiful city called "to the 100 bell towers". Real treasures are there! A welcome booklet is available with my favorite bars/restaurants. Do not hesitate to ask me, I will be happy to give you the favorite places of the poitevins!
