Located near Montparnasse, the accommodation is pleasant and is composed of 3 bedrooms with 4 double beds, a bathroom and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed to relax after an intense Parisian day. The accommodation has a BALCON which will be very appreciated in summer as well as in winter. You will have everything at your disposal in order to have an excellent stay, namely : Television, Coffee Machine, Oven, Microwave, Iron. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The district offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share with you my favorites! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen). Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security. - Supermarket Casino Shop: 4 mn walk - Pharmacy: 2 mn walk
