It is ideal for a trip with family or friends or even professional. You can enjoy its ideal location in LA BAULE, not even 10 minutes walk from the BEACH. The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It has: 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds, 1 double bed, oven, coffee filter machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer, TV, private parking ... Renovated, and in a subdivision of houses separated into apartments, the housing is ideally placed to enjoy the seaside resort. EVERYTHING IS ON FOOT: Avenue de Gaulle (5min), Market (2min), Beach (9min), supermarket (3 min) and the Station (6min). Everything is thought for your comfort. Come and take a deep breath of sea air in Loire-Atlantique, surf on the coast and enjoy the city by bike! A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Sheets and towels can be provided at an additional cost.
