It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 50 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. The accommodation comprises Ground floor : - A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) 2 steps above : - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful garden and a 50 m² terrace (not enclosed) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (one dog or cat per stay). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
