The property is surrounded by a large grassed area perfect for picnics or simply relaxing in the sun.

We are a family currently residing in UAE who fell in love with Les Carroz with it's traditional charm, welcoming atmosphere and abundance of activities throughout summer and winter. Our children have continued to enjoy our visits from when they were very little to now, as teenagers. Les Carroz has something for everyone and we enjoy sharing this little gem in the Alps with our guests.

In summer, Les Carroz offers a wide range of activities to rival those in winter: mountain climbing, tennis, white-water rafting, mountain-biking, fishing, horse and pony riding at the nearby village riding school, archery, canyoning, paragliding, hot-air ballooning, hydrospeed, mini golf. There is a full 18 hole golf course at nearby Flaine. Other activities that can be sourced locally or in the immediate area include quad-biking, potholing and helicopter rides. Conveniently located just 150 metres from the apartment is the leisure complex which is open from mid-June to end of August. This sports centre has an indoor spa pool, outdoor heated swimming pool (plus a child's pool and a paddling pool), changing / shower facilities, and a restaurant / bar. Walkers of all abilities will find much to interest them and enjoy, as 200 km of marked paths all over the Grand Massif area await exploration. These walks range from gentle gradients for those who wish to amble through alpine meadows and forests, to invigorating climbs and rugged terrain for the more active amongst us. Guests can also enjoy a number of excellent walks which depart from the area immediately adjacent.
