Lovely and modern four bedroom chalet in Les Houches close to Prarion Chalet Monski is a beautifully just 'completed' renovation project chalet using only high-quality materials (final interior decoration still on the way). It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms (which can be configured with a double bed or two single beds), each with its own en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the main living area with open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table, fireplace and lounge has plenty of character and opens onto a beautiful terrace with breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif. This level also has a fourth bedroom (which can also be configured with a double bed or two single beds) with its own bathroom, opening onto a large terrace overlooking the Fiz mountain range. A gym and a garage equipped with ski racks, boot dryers and a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer complete the chalet. The chalet is very well located in Les Houches, close to the Prarion cable car and Lake Chavants. SERVICES INCLUDED - A dedicated concierge service for you both before and during your stay to advise and help organise everything you need from transport (transferts and in resort) to ski lessons (private and ESF), ski passes, equipment rental, catetering and anything else you care to add on.... - A personalized welcome upon your arrival at the chalet. Chalet Monski is located in Les Houches, a 3-minute drive from Lac des Chavants, the Prarion cable car and the nearest shops (ESF, sports shops, bakery, etc.). The centre of Les Houches (Tourist Office, supermarket, etc.) is a 6-minute drive away and Chamonix is 15 minutes away.
