Located in Ouistreham, this charming cottage faces south and has sun from morning until late afternoon. It includes: - three bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a functional shower room; - a dining area with a table and chairs; - a private terrace at the back of the chalet with table and outdoor chairs for your beer/aperitif breaks and two relaxing chairs and two deckchairs; - and a garden for fresh air. You will particularly appreciate its freshness and brightness. Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, TV, Coffee Machine, Fridge, BBQ, Microwave, Oven, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The apartment is ideally located: - 400 m from the beach for horse riding (beginners accepted) and a market every morning on Friday and Sunday (Wednesday from 3 June). - Close to the sea street with various shops. - Close to many restaurants: Pizzeria Il Salentino on the road to Lyon (300m), Les Cabines (400 m). - Near another market in the church village, on Tuesdays and Saturdays morning as well as the fish market from Tuesday to Sunday (Thursday morning until 1pm) in the port. - 600 m from the Casino Barrière Ouistreham with activities next door (Bar-restaurant with minigolf, karting, swimming pool and ferris wheel). During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as: - Plage de Ouistreham is a 9-minute walk away; - the Viewpoint on the beach and the D-Day 70éme anniversaire du débarquement Ouistreham at 13 minutes; - Plage de Riva Bella 14 minutes away; - Sword Beach (Queen Red) 25 minutes away and more.
