Welcome to Dax little Studio. Nicely located , this comfortable space is perfect for travellers looking to relax close to the city area. Enjoy a perfect home staging, a small kitchen and easy access to the hot springs, shops and restaurants around. A beautiful studio to discover the city of Dax. Parking is available in Lamartine street . Please check out before 12 pm to respect the next guest arrival. Situated on the third floor with no lift. Easy to go up. The building stairs is a bit old but the appartement is renovated ✅ perfectly. You can use all the space around the house . The mailbox is private please do not send mail there. There is no iron but you can go to the laundry indicated in the Guest book. one of the cupboard is not accessible as I leave on the property. The lockbox code is 1289. The wifi code is AppartAlexia89. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE IN THE STUDIO, please go downstairs to smoke. Please leave a message in the messagerie I cannot answer questions on reservations.
Welcome to Dax, I live in Dax and I love the beach side , the forest and long walk around the city and the berges. I can try to direct you to the best area in the city . If I am not around a self checking with the lock box code 1289 is possible. Please leave a message in the messagerie I cannot answer questions on reservations.
Please be mindful that this is a building and other people live in it, sometimes it can get noisy during the day. If it is too noisy after 10 pm this is your right to call the police for the disturbance. Dax is a very much alive city some noise could come from the street especially in Summertime. Please note and understand that this is a building and some noise could come from the neighbors .
