On arrival from noon: Consult the inventory sheet of the studio, report any inconvenience you may encounter, or caused by the previous tenant (damage, theft, sloppy cleaning, trash not discarded).  A ski locker is reserved for you on the ground floor. • The studio is heated by the floor (in winter) but an additional heater can be used. • NON SMOKING studio • No pets. • Departure before 10 am having taken care to clean, empty the bins, stop the electric radiator, open fridge cleaned, cut electricity with the black button of the circuit breaker, cold water and hot water cut in the toilet. The deposit will be released upon receipt of the keys unless the studio has suffered damage or if the cleaning has not been done. • At your disposal: - 3 quilts and 6 pillows - Kettle - Nespresso coffee machine - Equipped kitchen (raclette and fondue ...), dishwasher tablets, hair dryer, iron, WIFI • To provide: - Sheets, duvet covers (3 beds 140x190), pillow cases, towels, tea towel. - NESPRESSO coffee pods (or compatible) On request: Linen rental.
