Note: Late arrivals and departures are possible for an additional fee. Upon arrival, you will find the necessary items to start your vacation: dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, and dish towels. Bedding and towels are optional at the cost of 23 EUR per person, allowing our tenants to choose whether or not to use this service. A regular cleaning fee will be charged at the time of booking. This is not a "hotel" or "deep cleaning" service. We ask our tenants to leave the house in a reasonably clean condition, similar to the state they found it (clean kitchen and bathroom, emptied fridge and cupboards, no visible dirt, trash taken out, etc.). If the house is left dirty (visible dirt), a deduction will be made from the security deposit for the additional time spent cleaning the house, at a rate of 35 EUR per hour. The tenant will be informed promptly via message through the platforms, SMS, or email, with photos and/or videos. We also offer our tenants who do not want to handle the cleaning before departure a "complete cleaning" option, charged at 120 EUR extra.
