Chatel Rose is a spacious studio apartment, with a large shower and separate toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped with crystal glasses, porcelain plates and handmade bowls and mugs, all of which can go in the dishwasher. There is also a secret shared garden where you can have coffee or a glass of wine surrounded by flowering shrubs and the old city walls.
I am Australian and my husband is French and our aim is to provide our guests with everything they need for an enjoyable stay in the heart of chateau country. We have lived in the region for over a decade and love to share local recommendations with guests.
We chose the mediaeval neighbourhood of Puits Châtel to offer our guests a unique experience in the oldest part of Blois, in a quiet cobbled street with many historical abodes, yet close to bars and restaurants and the Loire River.
