In the heart of the Brie region, come and stay in our house just a stone's throw from the Crècy forest. The accommodation sleeps 14. The 4 independent bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each) and the two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, will provide you with comfort and rest during your stay. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a 55-inch television, a built-in sound system and LED mood lights available free of charge (easy and fast Bluetooth connection). A large dining table is available to seat up to 8 people comfortably and a maximum of 12 people (4 occasional chairs are available). The 45 m2 living/dining room opens onto an outdoor area with a large, floodlit terrace of over 100 m2 equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal available) and two large tables for enjoying a pleasant meal in the sun. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (standard capsules required), fridge and dishwasher. You will also have access to the garage where you will find a table football, a dart board and a spare fridge. OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation is non-smoking.
