This nice flat is composed of 90 sqm on 2 levels (entrance, kitchen and living room on the first floor and the main bedroom with the bathroom and the secondary bed on the mezzanine).
Noble materials have been used such as wood, stone and stainless to make the inside confortable and pleasant.
The Ardèche river flows nearby (150m), Aubenas, Balazuc and Ruoms are 15mn away by car and Vallon-Pont-d'Arc at 20mn.
We began a complete restoring of this flat in order to have a pied à terre in the south of the Ardèche and to gain strength.
As nature and sports lovers we like coming here to practise running, mountain bike, kayak, swimming.
We hope our guests will enjoy living in this nice area as we do to have the chance to discover typical villages and nice natural landscapes.
This flat is located in the center of the village of Vogüé, one of the Nicest Village of France.
This is ideal to go to discover the little lanes of the city closed to the castle, to go to the beach and do pedestrian hikes.
It is also very closed to most of typical villages and not far from Vallon Pont d'Arc and its natural arch and museum.
