Surrounded by private gardens, La Verniaz et ses Chalets is a 17th-century former farmhouse in the heights of Evian with a seasonal private heated pool and tennis court. It is a 5-minute drive from Lake Geneva and a 10-minute walk from Evian Golf Course.

A free cable car that will take you to the city centre can be found 300 metres from the property. Bernex and Thollon Ski Resorts are 20 minutes' drive away, and Les Portes du Soleil Ski Resort is 40 minutes' drive away.
