A vibrant place decorated passionately by Madame and crafted calmly by Monsieur. Stepping into Descente à la mer means diving into Sandrine's colorful universe, filled with images and textures.

"Descente à la mer" is a holiday home just a stone's throw from the beach and 5 minutes away from Europe's largest aquarium, Nausicaa. A vibrant place, perfect for escaping and recharging by the water's edge. Here, life follows the rhythm of the tides. It is important to note that there is no garage space for the studio Le Calver du Marin vue sur la cour Take a break in one of our four newly renovated accommodations, uniquely decorated with care and color, equipped with modern amenities, and offering breathtaking sea views. The cherry on top: no need to search for parking, as our house offers 3 covered, secure garages and 3 outdoor parking spaces.

The Gambetta/Sainte-Beuve neighborhood, an important element of Boulogne-sur-Mer's architectural heritage, is located in the northwest part of the city. This area, well-served by public transportation, is close to local shops. The neighborhood carries a strong local identity and a unique atmosphere, as it was the residence of Boulogne fishermen's families in the 1800s. Sainte-Beuve is just a stone's throw away from the fishing port and the beach of Boulogne-sur-Mer.

For the studio "Le Calvaire du Marin," please note that there is no garage space. However, free parking is available on Rue de l’Octroy and Rue des Signaux. The paid Q-Park Plage parking is also located just in front of the house.

Our garage can accommodate a vehicle with a maximum length of 4.40 m to 4.50 m.
