JULIA CHILD use to stay in this property for many years and lived next door. The Bastide is nested in a beautifull 3 hectares land terrassed with olive trees. ideal for quiet and serene moments pool heated The house is within 5/10 minutes from 8+ golf courses, tennis courts and villages with restaurants and local markets. BEACH WITHIN 20MN ! Nice airport 25mn. The house has been restored with high endings.

Découvrir Grasse et ses parfums envoutant, visitez les villages typiques tel que Valbonne, Mougins, Opio mais aussi st Paul de Vence, Tourette sur loup......et bien d'autre. -Faire une randonnée dans les collines en pleines nature ou encore flâner sur les plages de cannes ou Théoule à quelques minutes seulement. -8 golf à moins de 10mn dont deux à quelques mètres. -Une journée shopping à Nice, une soirée à Monaco tout est accessible. -Allez visitez St Tropez, Aix en Provence ou partir en Italie en 1h30 .... -L'aéroport international de Nice est à 20mn. Tout le linge est fourni.
