We are a Franco-English family living right-next door to the guest house with our two children. We also run a livestock/walnut farm. We are therefore mostly around and we love taking time chatting with our guests - but if you're not in the mood, not to worry, we've got lots of other things to do!

Domaine de Drémont is definitely a special treat for nature and history lovers! Sitting in its own valley, on the foothill of the Morvan natural park, this working farm enjoys outstanding views over the countryside as far as the eye can see. The house is furnished and decorated in a traditional Burgundian style with a family home feel to it. Domaine de Drémont offers : - on the ground floor: 3 "bed & breakfast" double bedrooms sharing a lounge and a kitchen. Breakfast is included and composed mostly of home made or local products (subject to availability): tea/coffee/hot chocolate, homemade bread, ginger bread, cereals, home made yoghurt, fresh cheese, home made jam, home produced eggs, local apple juice... - and on the first floor: an autonomous apartment for 4 with its own kitchen and lounge area. - the garden and outdoor facilities (including the spring-fed pond) are shared with the other guests and ourselves. - you can hire 2 all-suspended electric mountain bikes. Wifi is available throughout, but no TV.

Domaine de Drémont is an agricultural estate with an enchanting setting of endless green groves. Located on the foothills of the Morvan natural park, it is an ideal base for all "nature" activities: hiking, mountain biking, white water sports, swimming in the lakes, horse riding, etc. The estate is also close to many cultural sites, including the Bazoches castle, home of Marshal Vauban, 6km away, Vézelay 16km away, Avallon 30km away, Bibracte, Guédelon or the Fontenay abbey 60km away.
