Located in a quiet luxury residence, just 500m from Lake Annecy, close to the cycle path (100m) and hiking trails (50m), it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Living area: - Spacious living room with convivial dining area - Open, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, extractor fan, crockery, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) - Direct access to the sunny 12m² terrace with outdoor furniture Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190), storage space, terrace access - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed, storage space - Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin - Separate WC Outside : - 12m² south-facing sun terrace with lounge furniture - Private parking spaces Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - Please note that this accommodation is offered for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights) during the winter period from November to April. For medium-term stays, your booking will require the signing of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease) in order to comply with legislation. To do this, we will need some additional information (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Without a duly signed contract, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
