The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming apartment with sight sea, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - Room 1 : A bunk bed - Room 2 : A double bed (140×190) - A shower room, toilet, washing machine and dryer For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed... Outside : - A balcony with sea view to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested. Arrival possible after 21H with a supplement of 20euros request and payment with our provider on the spot.
