Located quai de Versailles in the Hauts-Pavés - Saint-Félix district, l'Ecrin des bords de l'Erdre is ideally situated. The home This house is nestled at the end of a private, secure cul-de-sac, offering a peaceful environment. Its verdant setting will give you the impression of being in the countryside. If you're travelling by car, you'll be able to park your car free of charge in the private courtyard alongside the house. If you're a pedestrian or cyclist, you'll find it easy to get to the city center, as the house is just a stone's throw from the Motte Rouge tramway station. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with trundle beds), a bathroom, a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a small outdoor area for enjoying the warm weather. - For your information, the tramway line 2 is being renovated from June 25 to August 27. This may cause a bit of noise, and line detour or station closures are also possible at certain times.
