The main farmhouse was built around 1720 by the Varennes family, lords of Bois-Rigaud in Usson. Records from the Sauxillanges monastery mention an older building still standing — a 16th-century sheepfold. 80 m² of authenticity and tranquility with this unique house set on a secluded hill, surrounded by 50 hectares of meadows, farmland, and forest. Only 15 minutes from the A75 motorway, yet already in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park. Garden and Nordic bath. There are cats and dogs in the house.
A lover of Auvergne and old stone buildings, I welcome you to the family farm where I grew up. After restoring it with care and passion, I wanted to create a peaceful and authentic place to relax and share moments with others, surrounded by nature. I live on-site and remain available if you need any advice—or simply wish to chat over a drink or after a hike.
