## The space
Located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator, this spacious and bright apartment offers a comfortable and functional setting. It includes a pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed, a television, and Wi-Fi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, and kettle are at your disposal.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with an integrated toilet. The apartment is also equipped with everything you need for your stay: dishes, kitchen utensils, bed linen, and towels.
Ideally located in the heart of a lively neighborhood, you'll enjoy the immediate proximity of shops, cafes, and restaurants, while enjoying a quiet and welcoming interior.

## Getting around
Fontainebleau is easily accessible from Paris, either by car or train. By car, it takes about an hour from the capital via the A6 motorway, Fontainebleau exit. Parking is available in the city, with several public car parks near the center.
By public transport, the Transilien R line takes you directly from Paris Gare de Lyon to Fontainebleau-Avon station in approximately 45 minutes. From the station, the city center is accessible on foot, by bus (line 1 towards "Château"), by bicycle, or by taxi.
Several bus lines serve the surrounding area, including Barbizon, Avon, and Grand Parquet. On-demand transportation services and evening buses are also available to make your travel easier.
