Property information

17th century manor in the center of the Pays de Caux in Normandy with outbuildings including 5 very independent gîtes, a large garden of 12,000 m2 featuring beech, ash, chestnut, alder trees, and numerous apple and fruit trees. Stone houses with their thick walls have an authentic charm and a very practical side, especially when the sun is blazing outside. Possibility of walks nearby and on the cliffs of Etretat. 10 km from the sea FECAMP, YPORT, 15 km from ETRETAT, 40 minutes from HONFLEUR, DEAUVILLE ROUEN, VEULES LES ROSES, 25 km from LE HAVRE, 2 hours from PARIS & 1h30 from CAEN and the landing beaches. For information before booking Attention Pets are accepted in the 165 m2 house, the 56 m2 house, and the 48 m2 house Pets are not accepted in the 23 m2 studio and in the new 2-bedroom gîte of 70 m2.

Ideally located near many tourist sites: the majestic cliffs of the Alabaster Coast, the streets of Étretat just 15 km away, and the sea 10 km away. Honfleur, Deauville, Rouen, and Veules-les-Roses are easily accessible in less than 40 minutes.The surroundings offer a wide variety of activities: nature hikes, canoeing, scuba diving, sailing, paddleboarding, surfing, sea or river fishing, boat rides, golf, paragliding, skydiving, treetop climbing, and visits to beautiful gardens.
