Just 5 minutes walking from the beach, our apartment offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends wanting to share a relaxing beachside retreat. One of the standouts is the swimming pool – the perfect spot to unwind after a day by the sea and in the sun. Whether you're doing an early morning dip or sipping wine by the pool at night, the pool gives you that holiday feel. As well as the lovely garden with a luxe dining area ( granite table and high quality wicker/leather chairs), additionally a mini refrigerator under the balcony for refreshing beverages in the hot weather. And a relaxation corner with sofa and armchairs to enjoy the weather! You'll have everything you require for an stress-free stay: a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and modern amenities throughout. We take pride in getting everything ready for your arrival – from fresh linen and towels to those little extras that help make your stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, but close to the busy harbor, narrow old town streets, local markets, and great restaurants. Save and peaceful neighbourhood. Residence is closed off by a gate with its passcode and the gate entrance is secured with security cameras. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. In the evenings it is expected to not make too much noise after 22.30/ 10.30pm. Appartement is privately accessible and through the building entrance. Enjoy the sun in the wonderful garden or spend the day at the beach, which is at a 5 minute walking distance. Park your car securely for free on the residence premises. During your stay you may have the advantage of having the baker, butcher, floristry, pharmacy, barber, ATM, mini supermarket, cheese dairy and pizzeria all in the same street as you stay. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood . You may use public transport such as train, bike or bus in the city.
